On Tuesday 15 October, a selection of our Year 7 students participated in the Computing Challenge Day 2019. The event was organised by Rutherford Appleton Laboratory to celebrate the EU Code Week and took place at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire.
The students took part in a carousel of exciting hands-on computing activities and had the unique opportunity to meet scientists and engineers who use computing to explore the world around us every day. The workshops were a great experience for our students, helping them to expand their understanding of how technology works and further develop their skills.
