I aim to promote and build an amazing, reputable image of this school. I am creative and organised with a strong interest in communication and design. I enjoy working with others and turning ideas into engaging content that represents our sixth form. Most of all, I hope to build a more connected and enthusiastic school community!

Hey my name is Aarabi and as Head of Social Events and Enrichment, my role is all about creating a Sixth Form experience that is vibrant, inclusive and shaped by student voice. I lead the planning, organising and delivery of all school events including social, enrichment or wellbeing initiatives that bring people together, celebrate diversity and encourage everyone to get involved in Sixth Form life. A key part of my role is listening to students, representing their ideas and bringing them to life regardless of how imaginative or unconventional they may be.

As Deputy Social Events & Enrichment Coordinator, I want to nurture a vibrant school environment in which all students at ACS are not only encouraged to get involved beyond the classroom but motivated to do more for their community. By working closely with both my Lead and the rest of the student body, we will introduce a wide range of social events, enrichment activities and themed days that appeal to many interests across our year groups, ensuring that both younger and older students alike feel represented and heard. I have full intent to deliver life changing yet memorable experiences through our events and enrichment opportunities.

Hello, my name is Deep, and in my role as Staff Liaison/Volunteering Lead, I want to ensure that students voices are heard and understood by teachers, and that communication between staff and students is clear and meaningful. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident sharing their concerns and ideas. By coordinating student volunteers and supporting school events, I will ensure that responsibilities are clearer, contributions are recognised, and events run smoother. I ultimately want to help strengthen the relationship between students and staff, improving trust and building a stronger sense of community across Alperton Community School.

Zion

Zion

Deputy Staff Liaison & Volunteering
Studying: A Level

Hello, my name is Zion and I am the 6th form Deputy Staff Liaison. The role is essentially facilitating communication between staff and students in the school for the sake of volunteering opportunities and more. Some examples include open evenings at the lower site, sixth form open evenings at the upper site, and helping with specific subject teachers running events. My job is to assist and help as the deputy, so if the Head of my department is not available for any reason, please both staff and students feel free to contact me instead.

Anubhuti

Anubhuti

Head of Student Transition
Studying: A Level

I am Anubhuti, the Student Transition Coordinator. My role is to ensure a smooth induction of students to the school, supporting them by being a point of contact during transition. Having joined the school mid-session myself, I can relate better with the expectations and anxieties of new students who will be joining the school. I plan to assist new students by making myself available during school hours and regularly checking up with them so they feel comfortable, valued and have a sense of belonging in the school.

Dhwanil

Dhwanil

Deputy Student Transition
Studying: A Level

I am Dhwanil, the Student Transition Coordinator Deputy. My role is to support students during key transition stages within the school, including welcoming new Year 7s, supporting new students, and helping ease the transition from Year 9 to Year 10 and Year 11 to Sixth Form. By sharing my own experience of school, I want to provide these students with a sense of security. I will be approachable and available during the school day, regularly checking in with new students to ensure they feel supported and included. Through this role, I want to help promote confidence and a sense of belonging within the school community.

Asmitha

Asmitha

Head of Supercurricular Development
Studying: A Level

Hello, my name is Asmitha, and I am the Supercurricular Development Coordinator. I was motivated to take on this role because, from my own experience, accessing supercurricular opportunities can be challenging and overwhelming. Many students are not fully aware of the importance of these experiences or how much they support future pathways. A key focus of my role is to recognise and celebrate supercurricular successes and create a guide of recommended readings, lectures, online courses and competitions. Through this work, I will ensure students are equipped to maximise opportunities that support university and apprenticeship applications.

Resikan

Resikan

Deputy Supercurricular Development
Studying: A Level

My name is Resikan, and as Deputy Supercurricular Advisor, I want to help students look beyond their basic school subjects. My goal is to make it easier for everyone to find extra projects, research, and reading that actually excite them. I believe learning should not stop at the edge of a syllabus. I want to move away from just ticking boxes and instead create a culture where students feel motivated to dive into the subjects they love. In this role, I plan to provide clear guidance and better resources so that every student knows how to push themselves further and build real confidence for the future.
