On Wednesday 22 January, our student Imani (Year 10) took part in the prestigious Jack Petchey’s Speak Out Challenge Regional Final. Imani delivered a powerful speech in front of a large audience including staff, students and their families, the Mayor of Brent and a board of eminent judges.
Our Year 11 student Nabiha, the runner-up in the Brent Regional Final 2018-2019, was also present at the event as one of this year’s judges. The speech Imani delivered was very inspirational and her presentation was outstanding. Many thanks to the organisers for putting together such a fantastic evening.
