Last week we hosted our annual Open Day event at our Ealing Road school for our prospective Year 5 and 6 students and we were delighted to see so many parents and carers attending the event. The school was buzzing with excitement. Parents were invited to take a tour of the school, explore our learning facilities, meet with some of our staff and faculty members, and get a feel of our vibrant and welcoming school community. Parents were also able to ask questions, gather information about our school and the admission process. (more…)

On Monday 1st July 2024, celebrated author, Janice Hallett, delivered two brilliant workshops for our Year 9 students at our Ealing Road library. Janice Hallett is a local author on the world stage for her many novels, and was particularly excited about coming to visit us because we share the namesake of this wonderful town –Â Alperton.
Known for her gripping mystery novels and unique storytelling style, Janice captivated the audience as she shared the inspiration behind her most recent book: “The Mysterious Case of the Alperton Angels”.
During the workshops, Hallett and a spirited group of Y9 students engaged with the novel, exploring some of the very sensitive and important aspects of the text that have made it such a memorable and moving story.
