How to apply

Applications for the Sixth Form open in October for the following academic year.

The deadline for submitting your Sixth Form Application Form is 30 November 2025.

To receive priority for 2026 entry to our Sixth Form at Alperton Community School, all students must apply by 30 November 2025. Applications received after this date will be treated as late applications. Late applications will be automatically placed on the waiting list and reviewed only if places become available.

Before completing your application please note:

• All applicants must be aged 16 on the 31 August in the year of application.
• The Sixth Form does not admit students to retake Year 12 or Year 13.
• Students must meet the overall entry requirements for their chosen programme of study as well as the individual subject-specific criteria for their chosen subjects. This information is available on this page of our website.

• Applicants will only be contacted if their predicted grades indicate they are on track to meet the entry requirements for their chosen courses.
• Students with an EHCP should apply through their SENCO to ensure that their individual needs and provision requirements can be fully considered in the admissions process. They must also submit their applications by the 30 November 2025 deadline.

Before completing your application please note:

• Sixth Form admission meetings for 2026 entry will commence in February 2026 and are subject to availability of places on courses.
• Admission is subject to a satisfactory reference, including attendance, behaviour, and attitude to learning.
• The Sixth Form reserves the right to withdraw an offer if false or misleading information has been provided.
• Courses will only run subject to sufficient student numbers and staffing availability.
• The Sixth Form reserves the right to amend the curriculum offer if required.
• In the event of oversubscription, places will be allocated according to the school’s published oversubscription criteria.

Please Note – If you decide to change your subject choices after submitting this form, you will need to complete a new application form so we have the most up-to-date information. Any changes must still be submitted before the application deadline in order to be considered.
