Last week, our Key Stage 3 students participated in our Annual Inter-House Spelling Bee Competition. It was a fantastic event!
All respective year groups attended on the day, and a candidate in each form representing their house was competing for house points and prizes. The candidates put forwards were:

The participating students were given a word which they had to spell out to the audience and the judges. The 8 contestants were then narrowed down until the final 3 were left standing until eventually only one came out the winner. All the candidates did extremely well and received an overwhelming support from their “housemates”. The following students were the winners of each competition:

Many thanks to Ms Anane, Ms Leite, Mr Sattar and Mr Rayleigh for their efforts in organising this. It was an exellent event and all the students had an amazing time.
