On Wednesday 29th March 2023, the Year 8 prefect team were rewarded with a trip to the Victoria and Albert Museum for all their hard work throughout the year.
The moment we walked through the gates there was already so much for us to see. There was a colourful display where we could take pictures and play around for a while. When we first entered the museum, we were mesmerised and amazed by all the artefacts that were laid just at the front.
The inside was truly interesting. In one room, we were able to see a stained glass windows and cutlery from many years ago. We saw the detailed patterns and designs which left us astonished.
In another part of the museum, there were various hand sculpted bodies with so much detail. All of the artefacts left us in awe. We can’t describe in words how interesting and fascinating this was for us. It was a wonderful experience.
